Sea Scouts Yesterday

Yesterday was a crazy day at scouts. We did base duty for have the day and went wakeboarding for the rest of the day. On our way back we tore a bracket off the bottom of the boat. So I spent a lot of time working on that trying to put patches on the huge holes in the bottom of the boat. It was crazy to see huge holes in the bottom of the boat. We spent hours patching the bottom with plywood and under water epoxy. I need to get dive certified so I don't have to snorkel. I am glad it wasn't out boat because the boat that it happened to was better equipped with watertight bulkheads and foam floatation in the hull. It could have been real bad and dangerous. As it was it is going to be Expensive and annoying but not life threatening. I will do what I can to help them fix it. D
